Public Consultation took place in Newtown Community Wing on 6th September between 3pm - 7.30pm. See location and general layout diagrams below which may be subject to change.
Before a planning application is submitted a public consultation is a requirement for any major (over 50 houses) housing proposal and it is organised by the Developer/Agent . The developer can collect a list of comments and send to SBC if it is decided to submit a planning application. If as a result of the comments the developer is prepared to make any changes it could help the approval.
